This is the perfect quick, casual lunch stop between wineries. I ended up going twice during my trip to Napa—once for a sandwich and another time for a pizza. I ordered the veggie sandwich with added vegan mozzarella, and the margherita pizza with vegan mozzarella substituted in. I love that they offer vegan options, and everything was truly delicious. The market itself is very cute, and you can enjoy a glass of wine with your meal out at the picnic tables. Such a great atmosphere.

Lovely place to have a bite, a glass, and relax. The food is delicious and fresh and the service was friendly and helpful. The history adds to the charm and character. I could go here daily and enjoy the beautiful area and food without ever getting bored. Loved the experience!

This was my fourth visit over twenty years and each time this iconic location keeps getting better. Had an amazing lunch with friends on the outside patio. Sandwiches were delicious and filling. Service was awesome, and the person at the counter provided excellent advice for customizing my sandwich. And I just love shopping in their store. Tons of amazing finds and awesome wines.

Oakville Grocery is one of our favorite stops whenever we visit Napa Valley. While it has been awhile since our last visit, the consistency has always been there. A great grocery store with specialty foods, a great deli, coffee bar and an outdoor dining area.

We can’t visit Napa without stopping at Oakville Grocery. The food is always delicious and there are so many great options to choose from. The market itself is fantastic and packed with local favorites and gourmet finds. The tasting room might be even better. I love that you can order wine by the glass with different size options, like tasting pour, half glass, or full glass, which makes it easy to try a variety. So many great choices. A true Napa staple.

Loved our catered lunch served on the patio. Very comfortable with a great view of the mountains and vineyards. The pizza was a perfect flat crust baked in a traditional oven. Loved every bite. Salad fresh on a hot day.

Great place to stop for all your breakfast and lunch needs. They offer a wide variety of snacks, food, and drinks for a reasonable price. They have baked goods, desserts, cheeses, meats, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and other charcuterie goods. They also have lots of drinks like coffee, sodas, beer, and wines available. Seating is all outside on picnic tables and on the lawn. It’s a pretty popular place for lunch so show up early or expect to wait.

This place is fantastic 👏 👌! The selection of cheese and meats are incredible! The staff Romana was so helpful and the sweetest. We bought so much stuff and had a lovely fondue 🫕 night. There is a coffee/ sweets shop, beer, wine and so much more. Worth stopping in for a visit. Hard to find staff that is so informative and passionate. Thank you!

Quick stop in for lunch between winery tours per the recommendation from our guide at Far Niente. The Chicken Gruyère sandwich was absolutely phenomenal. Moist, flavorful, to die for. We’ve talked about it each day since. Juan was our bartender and was an impeccable host. Friendly, quick service, knowledgeable about the menu & the area, and great banter with us. This place is a must stop if you’re in the area.

It’s a popular stop between winery visits, and the vibe is very relaxed and local. The pizza was surprisingly good. Freshly made, with a crispy crust and flavorful toppings. It’s simple, but done right — exactly what you want after a few wine tastings. There are plenty of grab-and-go options, sandwiches, and snacks as well, making it a convenient stop for a light meal or picnic. The outdoor seating area is a highlight. Sitting outside with a glass of wine and good food in the middle of Napa Valley just feels right. ⚠️ It can get busy during peak hours, and seating may be limited. Overall, a solid spot to recharge while exploring Napa Valley.
